NDIS Trust Index did not exist before we built it. The Commission publishes 26,468 providers as a flat list. We scored each one on legitimacy signals, digital presence, and recent activity, then published what we found: 15,563 are ghost providers, 58.8% of the register. Most have no website at all. Weather Comfort Score translates raw BOM station data into "is January in Cairns actually liveable." That is the question people are asking, not "what was the mean monthly temperature."
